Discount Surfboards Be Warned
August 7th, 2008
Don’t be taken for a fool. Discount surfboards are not created equal. If you see a "cheap surfboard", don’t necessarily believe that you’re getting a great deal. Let this be a lesson to you, I made this mistake once, and now I take it as my life’s purpose to spread the word and let everyone be forewarned! You see what happened was, I saw an ad for a "discount surfboard." So, with my love of the waves, I thought it must be a good deal, so I signed up for one. When I got it though, it looked like a fake surfboard, it was really small for a "Longboard" and it was really thin and looked old and really worn. It didn’t say "used" surfboard, so I wasn’t expecting that. I still figured I’d give it a shot, maybe it was a gem after all. Unfortunately, after two rides, the board cracked in half and I threw it out into the waves to be forever washed up. That was my last bout with used surfboards, and now I only buy from dealer’s who share my passion, like buyboardz.com.
